TechIgniteLab retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and use it for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Payment Terms

All project fees are outlined in a formal proposal or agreement provided before work commences. Standard payment terms are:

• A deposit is required before any work begins
• Milestone payments are due as outlined in the project agreement
• Final payment is due prior to or upon delivery/launch
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may result in suspension of work or services. TechIgniteLab reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 1.5% per month.
